About GableIndex

GableIndex publishes plain-English data on European property prices, drawn from official statistics and public registers.

We also publish GableIndex Weekly, a five-minute email on European real-estate and proptech deals. It goes out every Thursday at 08:00 Irish/UK time.

Who it's for: US, Irish and UK investors living abroad or with ties to Europe, and people who build or run proptech businesses.

What we do: we gather official statistics and public records, show where every number comes from and when it was last updated, and explain what the data says.

What we don't do: we don't tell anyone what to buy, sell or hold. We don't forecast returns, and we never change data or rankings because someone paid us. Sponsored content is always labelled "Sponsored Advertising Content".
