Who reads GableIndex
We describe our readers by what they come to read, not by numbers we can't yet verify. People use GableIndex to follow:
- house prices across the EU, the UK and Ireland, from official sources such as Eurostat, HM Land Registry, Ireland's Property Price Register and INSEE;
- rents and estimated gross rental yields by country, region and local area;
- the costs and rules of buying property in another European country.
They include people in the UK, Ireland and the US looking at property in Europe, landlords watching yields, and property and proptech professionals.
Honest about reach. GableIndex launched in October 2026. The site and the newsletter are new and the list is small. We don't publish audience figures until we can verify them, and we won't quote numbers we don't have. Our founding-sponsor price reflects that.

Founding-sponsor price
$95, flat, for four weeks. This covers the primary slot in four consecutive issues of GableIndex Weekly, plus one sponsored data mention on a relevant page for the same four weeks.
A classified line on its own is $25 for four issues.
Prices are in USD and invoiced once we agree your copy. There are no hidden fees, no performance guarantees and no per-click pricing. Founding sponsors keep this price for the booking they make, and we will tell you before prices change.
The rules
- Clearly labelled. Every placement carries the label shown above and the sponsor's name, and is kept separate from our data and editorial content.
- No influence on the data. Sponsors can't change our figures, rankings, methodology or coverage.
- Information only, never investment advice. Sponsor copy may not promise or project returns or yields, or tell readers to buy, sell or hold anything.
- No UK-facing investment ads. Until we have legal advice, we don't accept placements that invite or induce readers in the UK to invest.
- Vetting. We review every sponsor before accepting, and we may decline or withdraw any placement.
